Based on the experience from past IHTMS congresses, we expect to welcome many participants from all over the world. Additionally, due to the hybrid structure of this congress, it will be possible to participate online as well as physically. We believe that people are looking forward to visit physical medical congresses after the COVID-19 abstinence.

For promotional purposes, there will be photography taking place during the Conference. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organizers at the registration desk.

Name Badges for delegates and company representatives
It would be appreciated if delegates and company representatives wear their name badge at all times during the Conference as this identifies them as eligible for catering and entry to conference sessions. Any person not in possession of their badge will be able to purchase a temporary replacementbadge for a fee of € 10,00 (reimbursement on presentation of the original bagde). Please note that you will be unable to gain access to the meeting room or your booth without your badge.

Speakers should make themselves known at the registration desk. All presentations should be given to the audio visual technician via USB.
