8th International Hypothermia and Temperature Management Symposium 2022

Based on the experience from past IHTMS congresses, we expect to welcome many participants from all over the world. Additionally, due to the hybrid structure of this congress, it will be possible to participate online as well as physically. We believe that people are looking forward to visit physical medical congresses after the COVID-19 abstinence.

Photography & Filming

For promotional purposes, there will be photography taking place during the Conference. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organizers at the registration desk.


Should for any reason outside the control of the Conference Organizers, the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled, the Conference Organisers shall endeavor to reschedule, but the client hereby indemnifies and holds the Conference Organisers including but not limited to the Host and Organizing Committee harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses. This agreement is subject to the laws of The Netherlands and a registration submission ensures acceptance of this indemnity.

Smoking Policy

The venue has a no smoking policy. This policy also applies to the majority of restaurants, bars and shopping centers in Eindhoven.


All tea breaks and lunches will be served amongst the exhibition in the foyer. We recognize that some delegates may have special dietary requirements. For delegates with special dietary requirements, please make yourself known to the catering staff who will be able to assist.

Name Badges for delegates and company representatives

It would be appreciated if delegates and company representatives wear their name badge at all times during the Conference as this identifies them as eligible for catering and entry to conference sessions. Any person not in possession of their badge will be able to purchase a temporary replacementbadge for a fee of € 10,00 (reimbursement on presentation of the original bagde). Please note that you will be unable to gain access to the meeting room or your booth without your badge.


Speakers should make themselves known at the registration desk. All presentations should be given to the audio visual technician via USB.

Mobile Phones

Delegates are asked to switch off their mobile phones when in sessions.


This conference is presented to healthcare professionals for healthcare purposes only. The opinions, perspectives and information presented by the faculty represent their ideas and views, and participants should carefully consider all available scientific data before acting on knowledge gained through this activity. Additionally participants should consider consult FDA-approved or CGR uses and information prior to prescribing medications or utilizing medical products discussed in this conference.
